Tours & Activities Marketplace

B2B Distribution for Tours, Activities & Attractions

Everything you need to sell tours, activities and attractions: one integration into a curated catalogue, plus the operation behind it. We onboard the suppliers, produce the content, answer the post-sales and settle with every operator.

Connected through Bokun Ventrata Palisis Infoterra Direct supplier APIs
What we do

Three services. Pick the one that fits.

Some partners want a feed of product and nothing else. Others want a storefront under their own brand. Others want the category run for them. All three start from the same curated catalogue.

API integration

Connect once and sell every supplier we carry from inside your own booking flow: search, availability, pricing, booking and vouchers through one connection.

White-label

A complete booking site with your brand, your domain and your customers, published in weeks and kept running by us.

MAP, Managed Activities Platform

The whole category operated for you: suppliers onboarded, product curated, post-sales answered and every operator settled monthly.

API integration

Connect once. Sell the whole catalogue.

A single integration puts the catalogue inside your own booking flow: search, availability, pricing, booking and vouchers through the same connection, across every supplier we carry.

Complete catalogue

Tours, activities, attractions, tickets and transfers from every supplier we carry, through one single integration.

Availability and pricing

Search the catalogue and retrieve availability and prices for the dates your customer is asking about.

Booking and vouchers

Create the booking through the integration and retrieve the voucher for the confirmed service.

Changes and cancellations

Cancel through the integration, according to the policy each supplier applies to that product.

Product content

Descriptions, images, inclusions, meeting points and cancellation terms maintained in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

A team you can reach

A technical and a commercial contact through onboarding, so your questions are answered by a person.

White-label

Your brand at the front. Our catalogue behind it.

Everything you need to sell experiences on your own site, without building any of it. Your brand, your domain and your customers stay yours; the product, the content and the checkout are ours to keep running.

Your identity

Your logo, colours, typography and domain. To your customer it is your product, because it is.

A catalogue already built

The same curated product you would get through the API, published, described and priced from day one.

Written in three languages

English, Spanish and Portuguese produced by our content team, not run through a machine translator.

Multi-currency checkout

Prices shown and payment taken in the currency your customer expects to see.

Your customers stay yours

The customer data, the mailing list and the repeat business belong to you, not to us.

Operated in the background

Product updates, content corrections and post-sales happen without your team touching them.

MAP

A channel manager connects suppliers. MAP manages the category.

Connectivity is the easy part. What breaks scale is everything around it: onboarding operators one by one, keeping content accurate in three languages, resolving a cancellation on a Saturday, reconciling and paying dozens of suppliers across currencies. MAP covers all of it.

Connectivity

Bokun, Ventrata, Palisis and direct APIs. New suppliers live in days rather than quarters.

Supplier onboarding

We recruit, contract and configure the operators. You receive product, not integration work.

Product curation

We select and maintain the catalogue. Only what converts and holds its quality stays live.

Content and localisation

Descriptions, images, inclusions and pricing in three languages, ready to publish.

Post-sales

Changes, cancellations, reconfirmations and incidents resolved by our team, not yours.

Settlement and reconciliation

Monthly settlement, suppliers paid in their own currency, reporting by supplier and destination.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is TAM a marketplace or a channel manager?

Neither, exactly. We distribute a curated catalogue like a marketplace, and we connect to reservation systems like a channel manager, but the difference is the managed operation behind it: onboarding, content, post-sales and settlement are ours, not yours.

What does the integration cost?

There are no integration fees and no monthly platform fee for standard connectivity. Commercial terms, whether commissions or net rates, are set in the agreement between the parties.

How long does it take to go live?

A supplier already running Bokun, Ventrata or Palisis is usually live within days. A direct API integration depends on the counterpart's system; distributors typically publish their first products within a few weeks.

Who is responsible for operating the experience?

Each tour, activity or attraction is operated by its own supplier. TAM acts as the technology platform and commercial intermediary connecting distributors with official suppliers.

In which currencies do you settle?

We settle monthly and pay suppliers in their own currency, using the local entity that fits the market: United States, Brazil or Spain.

Do you offer white-label for our own brand?

Yes. The same catalogue and booking flow can run under your brand and domain, with localised content and multi-currency pricing.
