The English section of this site is operated by Tours and Activities Marketplace Inc. (United States, EIN 42-4554164). Our Brazilian and Spanish affiliates contract locally in their own markets: TAM Soluções Integradas em Turismo e Entretenimento Ltda (CNPJ 54.442.916/0001-20) and Tours and Activities Marketplace SL (NIF B09681222).

1. Data we process

Identity and contact details (name, work email, company and role; phone if you provide it), the content of your enquiry, technical metadata (IP address, logs) and usage data from the forms on this site.

2. Purposes and lawful bases

Responding to enquiries and contact requests (consent and/or pre-contractual steps).
Onboarding of suppliers and partners, and operational communications (performance of a contract).
Security, fraud prevention and platform maintenance (legitimate interest).
Compliance with legal obligations (legal obligation).
Commercial communications where you opt in (consent, withdrawable at any time).

3. Recipients

Service providers acting as processors on our behalf (hosting, email, analytics, support), and our affiliated entities in Brazil and Spain where they are the contracting party for your market. We do not sell personal data.

Where transfers take place outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses are applied.

4. Retention

Enquiries and forms: up to 24 months after the last interaction.
Security logs: up to 12 months.
Marketing: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
Contracts and invoicing: for the periods required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@tamarketplace.com stating the right you wish to exercise.

Individuals in the European Economic Area may lodge a complaint with their national supervisory authority; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos. Individuals in Brazil may contact the ANPD.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, use or disclosure, including transport encryption and access control.

7. Cookies

This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for its operation and the reCAPTCHA service that protects our forms against automated abuse. reCAPTCHA is provided by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms.
